Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the responsible categories to ensure the improvement of procurement coverage and cost efficiency
Lead and manage sourcing projects/activities to ensure the implementation of the category sourcing strategies
Lead and manage contract negotiations with suppliers to secure quotations, pricing, payment terms, lead time, capacity, delivery terms, logistics performance and quality from a Total-cost-of-Ownership.
Develop and implement supplier performance management plan for responsible categories to enhance supplier performance and service quality
Work with internal stakeholders to complete the purchasing process for assigned categories, ensuring the delivery, quality, and cost saving target is realized
Identify opportunities, implement initiatives for process improvement
Value analysis and clarify benchmarks of vendors quotation, to reduce and control the cost in a reasonable range
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Knowledge of procurement
Skills:

Strong negotiation interpersonal skills, self-starter, and strong initiative to succeed;
Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.
Good English communication skill
Experience:
3+ years of purchasing experience in in-direct categories, preferable in MNC organization
Experienced in sourcing strategy development/implementation, supplier management and stakeholder management
Competency：
Capable of building smooth relationship with key stakeholders to deliver souring objective
Strong ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
Strong Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
Problem solving and innovation: Focus on solutions instead of raising problems
