FFE analyst/銷售效能分析員

PrincipalAccountabilities:

1. Facilitate yearly and quarterly brand target setting,cooperate with sales managers and marketing team during the setting process andcollocate their feedback or issue

2. Participate brand annual HC sizing plan, evaluate andoptimize the productivity of territories

3. Combine internal and external data, base on deepbusiness sense and provide integrated and customized analysis according tolocal business management needs to help FF identify business opportunities

4. Be familiar with FFE related system and process,cooperated with regional analyst or assistant and ensure to achieve FFE routineoperational tasks

5. Monthly or routine report and analyze requirementsupporting

Qualifications & Experiences Required:

Knowledge/Academic Qualification: Bachelor degree

Skills: Good at Excel and PPTGood analytical skills, proficiency in SQL,access Good communication and team work skillsPreferably good in English (written and spoken) Experience:At least 3 years’ experience in SFE or abusiness insight role supporting sales in pharmaceutical industry
