職位描述
該職位歸屬于Marketing分支部門，需要配合Marketing Retail Supervisor執行公司制定的銷售戰略及工作重心；通過開發新客戶完成各項銷售指標；維護并加強與現有客戶之間的關系，降低客戶流失率；及時反應市場信息和客戶需求
崗位職責：
1、積極開發新客戶，擴大市場占有率
2、不斷尋找銷售線索，完成公司制定的銷售任務
3、及時將公司的最新服務與活動在客戶中進行推廣，加強與客戶之間的溝通，尋求合作機會 4、配合各種項目的開展并對實施情況做好相應的支持工作
5、收集并分析市場信息，特別是競爭對手的情況，及時調整銷售策略
6、快速有效地解決客戶的咨詢、疑問、投訴及建議，提升客戶滿意度
7、建立并維護與現有客戶之間的良好關系
8、確保按照標準流程及操作要求收取和派送快件
任職要求：
1、大專或以上學歷
2、一年以上銷售運營/銷售支持/商務助理相關工作經驗
3、熟練使用辦公軟件WORD/EXCEL/PPT
4、性格開朗，待人熱情，具備良好的語言表達能力
5、高度的責任心以及優秀的團隊合作精神
6、良好的適應能力，積極主動的工作態度
