崗位性質和職責范圍:
1) Establish and maintain scientific relationship with HCPs
建立并維護與HCPs的科學關系
2) Leverage onmi-channel platform to provide disease education and product knowledge
利用onmi- channel平臺提供疾病教育和產品知識
3) Work with hospital access partners to optimize individual hospital listing and facilitate price negotiation as needed
與醫院合作伙伴合作來優化個人醫院上市，并根據需要促進價格的談判
4) Improve patient affordability by spreading reimbursement information
通過傳播報銷信息來提高病人的負擔能力
主要職責描述:
1) Through strong business relationships with HCPs and deep knowledge of UCB solutions matching
the right therapeutic solution to the right patient at the right time
通過與HCPs牢固的業務關系，以及對UCB解決方案的深入了解，為患者在正確的時間匹配合適的治療方案
2) Tailors omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences
根據個人的偏好，運用omni-channel工具，來對HCPs產生影響
3) Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility
在職責范圍內定義并執行一個有影響力的戰術計劃
4) Ensure UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards.
確保UCB操作符合最高的專業標準。
學歷要求：
1) University graduate majoring in Medicine or life sciences .
醫學或生命科學專業的大學畢業生
2) Fluent English is plus
英語表達流利
工作經驗要求：
1) ？ 2 years healthcare industry working experience. preferably with a multinational pharmaceutical company.
2年以上醫療行業工作經驗。有跨國制藥公司工作經驗者更佳
2) ？ Most recent performance review meets expectations or better
在近期的績效評估達到“符合預期”或更好
3) ？ Demonstrated communication and presentation skill
具有溝通和表達能力
4) ？ Stakeholder (patient/HCP) oriented attitude with strong sense of urgency
