職位描述
1. Responsible for contractor management to complete the electric equipment installation and acceptance; 負責管理承包商完成電氣設備的安裝與驗收；
2. As the owner, support project leader to control the project safety, schedule, cost and quality in project construction, and propose solutions in case of target lost
作為業主，協助項目主管控制項目施工的安全，進度，成本和質量，并在超出目標的情況下提出解決方案
3. Leads, empowers and instructs suppliers and coordinates internal/external end-users/stakeholders in the Select, Define, Develop, Implement, Launch and Closing phase of the project steps
領導、授權和指導供應商，并在項目步驟的選擇、定義、開發、實施、啟動和結束階段協調內部/外部最終用戶/利益相關者
4.In charge of management and acceptance the electric related document.
負責電氣相關文檔的管理與驗收
5. Communicates and convinces on all levels in the organization internal and external suppliers
與公司內部人員和外部供應商協調溝通
6. Supporting the CAPEX projects on the automation side by anticipating any impact on automation given by the project
在自動化方面支持項目CAPEX，通過預測掌握項目自動化的影響
7. Review the design drawings and coordinate with designer to implement the user need in design.
對設計圖紙進行審核同時負責與與設計師協調以保證設計內容如實反映用戶需求。
任職要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical & electrical or electric automation engineering電氣自動化或相關工程專業本科及以上學歷;
2.Minimum 8 years relative working experience in MNC, electric project management and construction experience; 8年以上跨國公司經歷，電氣項目管理或施工工作經驗;
3.Familiar with state, local and industry design standard and regulations in the field of electrical. 熟悉電氣領域國家，地方及行業設計標準與規范；
4.Building monitor system installation or maintenance experience; BMS安裝或維護經驗;
5.Contractor management experience; 承包商管理經驗；
6.Master power supply and distribution technology 熟悉供配電技術;
7.Familiar with electric project construction process and acceptance regulations 熟悉電氣項目的施工流程與驗收規范；
8. Good English communication skill (written and verbal)，Excellent communication skill，Good team coordinato，Project management knowledge 良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力，優異的溝通和表達能力，團隊合作精神，項目管理知識
