職位描述
1.Responsible for managing utilities operation and preventive maintenance, control equipment breakdown time for minimizing any operation loss, keep continuously improvement of equipment reliability, performance and maintenance cost. Responsible for Utility equipment selecting, installation, commissioning & validations. Technical support for new projects /improvement projects /modification /additions of system mentioned above.
1. 負責公用工程運行及設備預防性維修管理工作, 控制設備的停機時間；持續改善設備的運行狀況和維護成本，負責公用工程設備的選型、安裝、調試及驗證工作，負責新建項目、改進項目、擴建項目的技術支持。2. Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).2. 維護并實施最好、最可靠、最簡單的工作流程；應用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、質量、成本、交付、激勵和環境方面,發起、參與并推動持續改進活動。3. Maintain and operate the air condition system, compressor, Nitrogen, water system, the ventilation system and electric power supplying and substation system normally to ensure normal production, and control the maintaining and operating cost. 3. 負責公司空調、壓縮空氣、氮氣和水系統及排風系統、送變電等公用設施的正常運行和維修保養，控制維護及運行成本。4. Manage energy supply system well to ensure normal running of equipment and normal supply of energy supply for plant.4. 管理能源供應系統,保障各設備的正常運行保障供應,做到安全低耗節能。5. Coordinate utilities running with production plan, and arrange overtime work and planned schedule for overhaul and checking. Make SOP documents of equipment for utility system and update it in time if needed. 5.做好動力運行和生產的計劃協調工作,安排好加班和計劃停機檢修，,編制公用工程系統設備的SOP文件，并根據需要及時更新SOP。6. Responsible for working out annual, quarterly and monthly preventive maintenance plan. To ensure complete, accuracy and schedule of all maintenance activities. 6. 負責組織編制年度，季度，月度設備維修計劃，按照計劃完成各類維修工作。7. Analyze the break-down reason of utility system, summarize and improve. Install and regulate each facility, improve the performance, design and reconstruction work. 7. 負責進行公用工程各系統的設施故障的原因分析，并總結與改進，所負責的各系統設備安裝調試及性能的改進和設計改造工作。8. Organize to do validation to each system according to plan. Make assistant to the new equipment installation, testing and validation. 8. 根據計劃，對所負責各系統組織驗證。配合新項目新設備的安裝調試校驗和驗證操作。9. Control the maintenance cost. Responsible for supporting new, rebuilding, expansion project, and responsible for evaluation of related supplier, quotation comparing and construction management. 9. 控制各系統維護保養、維修成本，負責新、改、擴建項目的技術支持工作，負責相關供應商的評估、比價和施工管理。10. Responsible for management and assessment on daily work of operator.10. 負責公用工程維修工日常工作的管理和考核。11. Other duties disposed by N+1 supervisor or manager. 11. 上級主管或經理安排的其它工作。基本職位要求：1. Equipment mechanical or electric related major, BC or above, Engineer qualification or equivalent.設備機械或電子相關專業，本科或本科以上學歷知識背景。工程師資格或相當于工程師資格
2.More than 5 +years related experience of equipment maintenance and team management. Professional skills and familiar with TPM. 五年以上設備和團隊管理方面工作經歷，有精湛的專業技能，熟悉TPM
3.Excellent MS office skills & familiar with AutoCAD 能夠熟練使用辦公軟件夠熟練使用辦公軟件以及熟悉AutoCAD繪圖軟件
4. Familiar with pharmaceutical related utilities, include HVAC, Steam, Process cooling water, Purified water, Waste water treatment, CDA & Power supply system.熟悉制藥公司的公用設施，包括潔凈空調、蒸汽、工藝冷卻水、純化水、污水、壓縮空氣以及工廠供配電系統；
5. hose have pharmaceutical background or got the training of GMP and ISO system is preferred 優先具有制藥相關背景，有GMP和ISO等相關知識。
6. Those have autonomous control system maintenance skill is preferred.優先具有弱電自控系統維修維護背景及技能。
