The role of Sr Capex Buyer is to support the Category Indirect team of supply chain and the Supply Point PLT measure and achieve its objectives

Develop and implement approved local sourcing strategy

Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).
維護(hù)并實(shí)施最好、最可靠、最簡單的工作流程;應(yīng)用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等),在安全、質(zhì)量、成本、交付、激勵(lì)和環(huán)境方面,發(fā)起、參與并推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)。Manage own portfolio of suppliers providing indirect goods and services to Wuxi in terms of security of supply, productivity, safety & quality, supplier selection, contracting and administration, working capital and supplier performance management.
管理供應(yīng)商向工廠提供間接產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),包含供應(yīng)持續(xù),安全,質(zhì)量,業(yè)績及質(zhì)量各方面的要求,以及供應(yīng)商選擇管理,訂購,營運(yùn)資本管理和供應(yīng)商績效管理。Local Sourcing Strategies: Pro-actively work with stakeholders to define and implement strategies for local spends.
本地采購策略:積極與利益相關(guān)者定義并執(zhí)行本地項(xiàng)目采購策略。Manage suppliers election and contracting: tenders and negotiations, contract compliance and implementation, service level agreements.

參與或啟動(dòng)本地項(xiàng)目以及跨部門成本節(jié)約,質(zhì)量,服務(wù)等工廠改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。Liaise and coordinate with other Danone Goods & Services Buyers in the country, zone or Dantrade and other experts on spend that could be sourced jointly to deliver synergies.
負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)絡(luò)協(xié)同達(dá)能不同工廠,國家的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)采購,包含Dantrade采購,以便產(chǎn)生專家類采購協(xié)同效應(yīng)Implement and roll out SSD procedures, processes and systems particularly assuring Dango compliance rating.
推動(dòng)采購程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)化的過程,尤其是確保采購過程符合Dango合規(guī)性評級。Maintain relevant administrative files and systems for suppliers in terms of pricing, contracts, claims, key correspondence, master data, quality systems.

驅(qū)動(dòng)工廠間接物料供應(yīng)商安全管理程序.Act as ERP key user for Goods & Services domain, monitor and report the system usage indicators regarding the G&S ordering process and act accordingly, train new users.
作為Goods & Services領(lǐng)域ERP系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵用戶,系統(tǒng)化監(jiān)測并報(bào)告各項(xiàng)采購指標(biāo),培訓(xùn)新用戶。
Education & working experience 學(xué)歷與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree, with medical, engineering or commercial background preferred.
本科學(xué)歷, 有醫(yī)藥,工科或商務(wù)專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先. 2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing department. Experience of working in a fast paced international organization. Goods & Service purchasing preferred.
至少三年以上采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有快節(jié)奏的國際公司經(jīng)歷和商品和服務(wù)采購方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal)
良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力
4.Good communication and negotiation skills. 良好的溝通能力,談判技巧. 5.Good Office level, ERP experience required. 熟練操作Office,有ERP操作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
