質量體系工程師 Quality system engineer

職位描述

• Main missions and associated activities:
  1. 按照TS 16949 & AIAG 手冊及客戶要求建立公司質量管理體系 Establish quality management system according to TS 16940 & AIAG manual and customer requirement.
  2. 指導和監督各項流程的實施 Guide and monitor the implementation of all procedures
  3. 協助公司推行其他各項體系認證工作 ,如ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001. Assist other management system certification work, e.g Iso 14001, OHSAS 18001
  4. 定期、不定期內部審核執行成效，對管理體系進行監督，審核，維護，確保體系的符合性，有效性，持續性 Regularlly/irregularlly internally audit the QMS to ensure the conformance, effectiveness and continuity
  5. 定期評審體系文件的可行性和合理性 Periodically review system documents to make sure they are feasible and suitable.
  6. 質量管理體系外部審核聯系與安排 Quality management system 3rd party audit connection and arrangement
  7. 文件及記錄的管理 Document and record control
  8. 主導第2方客戶的體系審核，配合支持其他類型的審核 Lead 2nd party customer quality management system audit and support other types audit.
  
  AUTHORITY (DECISION, SIGNATURE, ...）:
  ? 質量體系文件制定,維護,更新 Make, maintain and update quality system documents
  ? 質量體系文件的發行控制 Release and control quality system documents
  
  NECESSARY SKILLS:
  ? 熟悉TS16949及5大手冊內容 Familiar with TS 16949 and 5 core tools
  ? 具備新建TS16949, ISO14001體系的經驗 With experience to establish new TS system + ISO14001
  ? 有內部培訓經驗 With experience of internal training
  ? 熟練使用電腦，郵件系統及辦公系統軟件 Familiar with computer , email system and office software usage.
  ? 英語聽讀寫熟練， 基本口語 Fluent English on listening, Reading and Witten, simple Speaking
  ? 2年以上汽車行業質量體系相關工作經驗 2 years + automotive quality system experience
