Finance Manager

Reporting to : Finance Director

Base location: Zhuhai

Responsibilities:

Responsible financial  reporting functions of trading and investment companies in Hong Kong and the  manufacturing plant in Zhuhai, including month end closing, company taxation, internal  audit, external audit, treasury functions, liaise with company secretary, rolling  forecast, annual budget, timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly  reporting package, work closely with Singapore  headquarter, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1)         Strong ability in leading change and handle complexity.

2)         Good skill in managing time and pressure.

3)         Hands on detail style is a must.

4)         Experience in independently managing a team with  subordinates over 5. 

5)         Working knowledge of ERP. Oracle or Kingdee  experience would be preferred.

6)         8+ years of working experience in company (trading  or manufacturing business with annual sales revenue more than USD 30M) or 5+  years working experience in audit firm is a must.

7)         Deep understanding on IFRS.

8)         Able to travel 10-20% to HK. HK company experience  will be preferred.

9)         Accountancy degree.

10)     Excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong at excel.

11)     Fluent in English, ability to communicate in Cantonese.
