Key Responsibilities:
Renewal & Account Extension
-Support Business Development (BD) team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating value of cooperation with Aspire.
Development of Customer Relationship
-Ensure that all Aspire products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the client
- Work with BD and other CS team to drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectation. Activities including periodical activities reports, service reviews, case story drafting, co-marketing & promotion activities
Liaise with internal departments involved in service delivery
-Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner
-Provide regular activity reporting to client
-Implementation on operational related procedures including
- Standard Operation Procedure
- Billing Procedure
- New client & program implementation procedure
- Program Decommission procedure
- ACS related
- Ad hoc S&M and operational functions related procedure
Required Skills and Knowledge
-People skill: relationship building and nurturing (both internal and external customers)
-Communicates well, both verbally and in writing
-Computer skill including Word/Excel & PowerPoint
-Data Analysis skill

Required Work Experience
-Account servicing experience in a business-to-business environment
-Data analysis work experience
-3 years' experience in service industry
-Related sales support experience
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above
Required Languages
-Native Chinese and Fluent English
