? Lead the effort to provide support to the head of market access . Responsible for a full range of government affair services within region. Plan, organize and lead activities associated with government relations, product pricing, product reimbursement, corporate contribution and consumer relations. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
What you’ll bring to the role:

? Set regional Reimbursement Drug List objective and priority and obtain approval from National market access manager; Work with M&S to implement lobbying plans with local medical insurance bureaus and KOLs.
? Ensure the targeted OBU products to be listed in provincial RDLs, solve the issue caused by co-payment and refusal in responsible regions.
? Ensure OBU products succeed in market by obtaining the optimal prices for new products and minimizing the price risks for in-marketing products in the responsible regions.
? Manage and develop solutions for critical company and product crisis within the region; Assist OBU local management team to handle ad hoc crisis.
? Coordinate with customer service to handle complicated customers’ complain issues within the region;
? Develop and maintain close relationships with important government department within the region;
Desirable Requirements:

? More than 3 years Government & Public Affairs experience in FIE, pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred;
? Keep good relationship with regional government;
? Mature personality with strong communication and negotiation skills;
? Unquestionable integrity, energetic;
? Able to work under pressure;
? Good interpersonal skills to work across functions
