Quality Lead

             As BU quality, Be accountable for  PD/HP BU quality  activities and project  Identify any quality related risk and drive  improvement .

             Essential Duties and  Responsibilities

             1, Be the point of contact as quality partner for business unit (BU) to understand and anticipate    BU’s quality needs and risks,and be accountable for quality activities of the    BU (including but not limited to tough complaint case,regulatory inquiries.)

              2, Lead CAPAs investigationand follow up ,change    control management within BU as required. 

              3, Lead post market survillance activities with    BU,i.e.Field actions, adverse events handling etc. 

              4, Communicates with manufacturing plant for significant    quality issues or developments identified during quality activities and    provides recommended process improvement to management 

              5, Communication with local FDA/Testing Center for    product quality management.     

                       Qualifications.  

             1. Experience in Drug Quality Management in    multinational company; 

             2. Expertise in GMP/GSP/ISO standards; 

             3. Strong teamwork spirits; 

             4. Excellent communication skills in both written and    verbal English.       

          Education    and/or Experience. ( Include the education and/or experience that is necessary    to perform the job satisfactorily. )     

           1, Bachelor degree major in pharmaceuticals,    chemistry ,medical device or related; 

           2,  5 years    above quality working experience in pharmaceutical industry
