1. Responsibility for plant facilities &utilities TPM and emergency repair. To ensure the smooth running of the plant operations.
全面負責工廠廠房及公共設施的維護保養和緊急維修, 確保工廠的生產順利運轉。
2. To ensure the energy saving team, to achieve the EN energy reduction goal.
確保能源節省團隊，完成工程部能源節省目標。
3. Responsible for plant Pest control management.
負責工廠蟲害管理。
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsible roles. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.

1. Leading team for plant facility and utility’s repair &clean.
帶領團隊負責廠房及公共設施的維修及工廠整潔。
2. Responsible for facilities &utilities improvement or continue improvement projects in achieving plant goals and objectives.
負責廠房及公共設施的改進或持續性改造項目，完成工廠的目標。
3. Contribute to energy saving with Engineering team.
致力于工程部能源節省。
4. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per EHS requirement.
根據工廠EHS的要求去履行全員參與員工應盡的職責。
5. Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results.
文件建設工作包括編寫制造驗證或科學性的測試結果。
6. Responsible for pest control system, and effectively implement it in the plant.
負責公司的蟲害控制系統，并確保在工廠的有效實施。

為能令人滿意地完成工作，應具備的教育與經驗。
1. College above or same level education is required, Major in Electrical or Automatization or related.
大專以上或具有同等學歷, 電氣或自動化或相關專業.
2. At least 5 years related experience in utilities management, and 3 years team manager experience.
至少5年的設備管理經驗和3年的團隊管理經驗。
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
良好的溝通和人際關系技巧。
