- Be responsible for the new IT system deployment or roll out on local plant. Includes but not limited on the feasibility study, budget forecast, change management, system design, system configuration, related documents creation, system qualification, training etc.
- Coordinate with plant operation team e.g. Production, QA, ENG , Supply chain etc to clarify the business requirements and translate the business requirements to IT solution. Co-work with Global CoE delivery team or supplier to ensure the application meet the Baxter computerized system life cycle management procedure.
- Plant application system portfolio management and application maintenance, includes but not limited on the security control, backup & disaster recovery, L2 technical support etc.
- Monitor the performance of IT service across appropriate run metrics (availability, tech performance, etc.) and take lead in reporting regionally and globally as needed and in coordination of appropriate issue resolution.
- Build up and maintenance the site IT operation procedure to meet the compliance & operation requirements.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain leadership in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years experience in Manufacturing operation IT system deployment & Maintenance experience. Familiar the IT project management & IT application maintenance procedure.
- With the experience of Application Software development using a variety of platforms like C#.NET, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, Visual Basic, SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS and SSRS etc.
- Familiar the SCADA system development and maintenance e.g. Citect, WinCC etc.
- Understanding the IT infra structure of network, WMware server, SAN storage, backup platform, cloud platform etc.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
- With strong ability for the cross-function team communication and consolidate the resource and team work with global & regional team.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as within multi-disciplinary and diverse teams;
- Effective technical and problem-solving skills. Utilize outstanding time management skills;
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
English language proficiency a must
