Job Description / CapsuleAim to support China procurement strategy to enhance procurement operation excellence and optimization procurement process.Support to make procurement more successful by bringing efficiency, productivity and simplification via digital, data and new ways of working.Monitor category procurement performance and 3rd party performance to meet AZ’s requirements.The Position will report to the Procurement Associate Director, Internal Control. Typical Accountabilities, Experience & Behaviours * Support to monitor the category procurement performance to ensure the execution of procurement strategy, provide strong business and procurement data insights. * Evaluate internal/external risk, review policies and procedures to make sure design reasonableness and operating effectiveness operating effectiveness. * Continuously improve procurement process to increase efficiency and mitigate procurement risk. * Optimize the data and reports of AZ China procurement and provide comprehensive insights to category procurement. * Deliver periodical procurement data analysis report to different levels, provide internal control insight on potential risk and provide remediation control suggestions. * Be responsible for procurement daily monitoring, including internal control gap analysis, procurement data analysis to detect potential control weakness and provide recommendation for improvement. * Close work with Category Procurement Manager on the reporting, business insights, policy, and implementation of regional category procurement tasks. * Provide strong support on the continuous improvement or optimization on procurement data analysis. * Support to optimize control design, after new system go-live. * Other tasks assigned by Associate Director. Education, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEducation: * University degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting).Experience: * More than 10 years working experience in business excellence, risk management and internal control function.Skills: * Solid experience with data insights and process optimization. * Strong analytical skills with strong business sense, able to drive process excellence. * Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and analytical skills to collaborate different stakeholders. * Demonstrate logical thinking and independent problem-solving skills. Willing to deep dive. * Hard-working and can do attitude. * Experienced in systems, e.g. SAP, Coupa, Ibuy is preferred.Language capabilities: * Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
