DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 職 責Program Planning, Development and Coordination * Identify sales training needs using appropriate methodology  * Design and develop sales learning and training programs * Develop ,customize and compile sales training manuals and other training materials  * Work with and seek assistance from internal resource e.g. sales management, marketing, physision etc. and external vendors  * Plan training courses to meet needs  * Organize timetable and attendance Sales Training Course Delivery * Deliver workshop in region * National sales conference & cycle meetingField coaching and feedback to support the capability building align with BU strategy * Develop useful tools and techniques to follow-up behavior change and competency level  * MR/DSM/RSM assessment  * Conduct field visit Continuously Learning and Development * Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleaguesAdministration and reporting * Supervision sales training logistics * Prepare monthly reports on training activities * Record training activitiesJOB REQUIREMENTS 工 作 要 求 * BA degree. Major in medical/pharmacy is preferred.  * Minimal 5 year working experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company and 3 year sales management , marketing or training experience  * Good communication and presentation skills * Good learning abilities * Good planning and organizing skills * Fluent English level * Strong PC skills * Innovative thinking
