JOB PURPOSE 工 作 目 的Support strategy implementation and management for DCI&CSE.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 職 責 * Drive key strategic initiatives that will ultimately enable DCI&CSE to develop and implement winning commercial strategy * End-end lead DCI&CSE operation efficiency initiatives, including but not limited in DCI&CSE monthly LT meeting, leadership workshop, lunch&learn, etc. * Work with cross functions partners to drive DCI&CSE organization efficiency, which include but not limited in people & talent development, HC management, budget and expense management, Compliance, etc. * Ad-hoc work in strategy planning team JOB REQUIREMENTS / 工 作 要 求 * At least 8 years of pharmaceutical related working experience in MNCs, commercial operation and project management experience is required * Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills * Good problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  * Team work spirit * Fluent in English speaking & writing
